That's an unused... thing, whatever it is, that EPSITEC has left in the source code.
Can be spawned in world by running this in a CBot program:

produce(301);
Keep in mind that produce is a hidden instruction so it won't get highlighted by the editor.

Alright, I guess I will try that when I return on the 26th.

Kind of looks like C-3PU's (from BuzzingCars, not the one from Star Wars) giant head...crossed with a retextured AlienAnt?
