[Idea] Advanced Vibration Support

Because Colobot has not full vibration support (only events that cause screenshake), I decided to create a list of events where the vibrations would have the sense of existence.



Vibrations should also be at:
  1. Falling (ground/water) is already
  2. Collisions with any objects
  3. Shooting from Shooters
  4. Any Damage on selected object

There was an issue about alarming when one of our units is taking damage. This seems like a great thing to alarm player.

C:GE DOES support vibrations already, on any event that causes the camera to shake.

Recently when I tested XBOX One controller with GOLD I'm pretty sure that vibrations while landing/falling works just fine.

About the rest situations I'm agree and would make an issue.
