No aliens on minimap

I'm currently playing through the single player missions using the latest "windows-debug" build (Jan 28, 2017)

I cannot see icons for any aliens on the mini-map, in any mission I've tried.

I have built a radar station, and if I select it I can see the correct (I think) number of remaining alien insects in the UI at the bottom of the screen.

Scripts can also find aliens using the radar() function without any trouble.

Am I doing something wrong, or is this a bug?

This is a bug.

Minor addendum: Wasps do appear on the map, some of the time. I think it's just when they're flying.
